On To The Next

She may have grown out of the pink version of this outfit (the outfit she came home from the hospital in... didn't she?) but don't fret because thanks to the Alaska crowd we have a back up. Plus, orange really is her color.

Hazel Gave Me A Great Idea

Upon a surprise meeting with Hazel, over a couple of gelatos on a muggy day, I learned a great new thing - to have my mom and dad sit me up on the table like a proper person during mealtime instead of being banished to the floor with the dogs.

I even dressed for the occasion in my safari best. I prefered the view from my new perch.

Bumbo

Aunt Susan, Andy, and Soon-to-be dropped off a brand new chair for Scout. Now she can command her own space shuttle.


Space pod Baby 1 now orbiting planet Mira.

Our August Excursion

Scout and Mom hit the road for the short trip up route one to MDI last week. Scout met her Great Great Aunt Charlotte who was visiting from Virginia.


She also met Johnnie and Laura who were visiting from Atlanta.


And, of course, Kate Kate.


Aunt Sally had some downtime with the babe in blankets. It was down right chilly!


Aunt Susan and our friend to be (very soon!) took in the sight as well.


When Scout was born Grammie V planted a garden in her honor - pumpkins and sunflowers. In full bloom now the sunflowers are gorgeous and the pumpkins are turning orange.

and all I got was this stinkin' dummy!

Happy Birthday Babies

The hospital where Scout was born held a birthday party for all the babies that were born this past year. Scout wore her birthday best and celebrated with all her peers.


We are off to BH for a few days to visit with Grammie and company. See you all again Sunday with some pictures from our mini break.

Beach Day, Yay!

Today Scout maybe her first official outing to the beach to hang out with the girls (human) - as opposed to going to the beach to walk the crazy girls (canine).
