Our August Excursion

Scout and Mom hit the road for the short trip up route one to MDI last week. Scout met her Great Great Aunt Charlotte who was visiting from Virginia.


She also met Johnnie and Laura who were visiting from Atlanta.


And, of course, Kate Kate.


Aunt Sally had some downtime with the babe in blankets. It was down right chilly!


Aunt Susan and our friend to be (very soon!) took in the sight as well.


When Scout was born Grammie V planted a garden in her honor - pumpkins and sunflowers. In full bloom now the sunflowers are gorgeous and the pumpkins are turning orange.




They had lobster...
and all I got was this stinkin' dummy!
