Houses like this sell for $500,000 round these parts if you can see the ocean. Don't tell Roper, or else he'll find some gulible retiree from Massachusetts.
Although the smell from the dump might keep away all but the wildest dreamers....
It's alright biscuit; a few cans of paint and the WEEI Red Sox radio network on the walkman and it'll look peachy. I'll leave the back door open this spring so you can come and help yourself to beer.
